Invitation to Submit Offers
for the granting of a licence to use the results of research and development works
The Łódź Institute of Technology of the Łukasiewicz Research Network
invites interested parties to submit offers for obtaining a licence to use the results of research and development works developed by the Institute.
The subject of this invitation is to grant a licence for the use of scientific research and technological work results, including:
- design and technical documentation for functional workwear adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities,
- description of innovative technical solutions that increase comfort, safety and ergonomics at work,
- know-how concerning the production process and the use of specialised materials.
a) Scope of the licence
The detailed terms and conditions of the licence (including territorial scope, exclusivity and duration) will be agreed individually with the selected tenderer, taking into account their preferences.
b) Financial terms
The financial terms (licence fee amount, payment method and deadlines) will be determined through negotiations with the tenderer whose tender is evaluated as the best.
c) Criteria for evaluating tenders
Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:
- Proposed financial value of the licence,
- The bidder’s ability to implement the technology in production activities,
- Planned use of technology in the tenderer’s business activities,
- Ensuring the protection of licence rights and confidentiality of information.
d) Transfer of the subject matter of the licence
The subject matter of the licence shall be transferred in the form of paper documentation and on a data carrier within 7 calendar days of confirmation of receipt of payment to the Licensor’s bank account.
- Offers should be submitted in writing, using the offer form attached to the announcement.
- The deadline for submitting bids is 1 September 2025 at 3 p.m.

- Access to technical documentation is possible after signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
